Eligibility: The giveaway is open to attendees of Fantasy Basel 2024 who are 16 years of age or older. Employees of Arts by Jojo, their family members, or anyone else connected to the organization or judging of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter: No purchase necessary. To enter, participants must sign up for the Art by Jojo newsletter during Fantasy Basel 2024. Participants need to provide a valid email address. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on 08.06.2024 and ends on 9.06.2024. Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be eligible.

Prize: Three winners will each receive a prize bundle consisting of 2 mini prints, 2 stickers and 2 bookmarks. The type of each product is fixed; however, winners will have the option to choose their favorite artwork from a selection provided by Art by Jojo for these items to be printed on. Prizes are as stated and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other alternatives. No prize substitutions are allowed except by Art by Jojo, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable or greater value if the advertised prize is not available.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received after the end of the giveaway period. The drawing will take place on 10.06.2024.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of the drawing. If the selected winner(s) cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Data Protection: Personal information collected from the winners, such as name and address, will be used solely for the purpose of prize delivery and will not be used for any other purpose or shared with any third party, unless required by law.

General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the giveaway is impaired in any way, Arts by Jojo reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway. By entering, participants agree to receive email communications from Arts by Jojo, but can unsubscribe at any time.

Privacy: Any personal information supplied by you will be used only for the administration of this giveaway and in accordance with Arts by Jojo’s privacy policy.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein.
